Robert Pagan, owner of K-Ram Homes has been building custom and spec homes in the Rapid City area since 1999. Robert takes pride in his workmanship and spends the time guiding his customers through the design and construction process. He is not afraid of trying something new and has an imagination when it comes to adding that unique touch to make your dream home a reality. We can build in many different parts of the Black Hills. We have beautiful hard to find lots to choose from including spectacular views and pine trees, or we can build on a lot of your choice. Bring your own plan or use one of ours.
